How to Raise Your Vibration Instantly🍁..

So I was thinking of a topic for this blog, and came across this very trendy topic : “ HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION. “

And though there is a lot of content out there for the same, I feel it’s best to pick and choose what’s best for you or rather what resonates with you.

Before jumping into How you can raise your vibrations,  let me tell you what does Raising your Vibration even means and why should we want to do that?

Vibrations

We know for a fact that Universe is in constant Motion. And so is everything outside and within us (as we too are a part of the Universe).

All the atoms, be it of SOLID, LIQUID or GAS, move constantly. And therefore, it’s not hard to understand how each & every material including trees, plants, furniture, rocks, beverages, fabrics, humans, everyone vibrates at a certain frequency.

And thanks to our Consciousness, we do not need to stay at the same frequency for our entire lives.

NOW WHY DO PEOPLE WANT TO RAISE THEIR VIBRATIONS ✨️

By this, they simply are referring to a high vibe life.

Every frequency or vibration, puts us in a different kind of emotional state. As we know, we perceive this world by our senses and have an appropriate reactions to the same in form of emotions like joy, happiness, anger, sadness, etc. Just like our body, emotions have their vibrations too.

Therefore, some people use this word “Vibration” in spirituality interchangeably with MOOD, FEELINGS, EMOTIONS, THOUGHTS, CHARISMA, BEHAVIOURS, etc.

Abraham Hicks developed a chart called EMOTIONAL FREQUENCY CHART, which lists the frequency of various emotions that we embody. And feelings like Joy, Happiness, etc (bracketed as enlightenment feelings) have much high vibrations than feelings like anger, guilt or shame.

As Dr David Hawkins says “The level of your vibration also determines how closely you are connected to the source energy”.

Does that mean low vibe emotions are bad or wrong?

Absolutely No.

All emotions are justified and right. They are there for a reason. So, understand them and try to work with them, so that you are not stuck with them for long. And when you do get stuck for long, is when you feel the need to Google this topic : ‘ How to Raise Your Vibrations’.

How to Raise Your Vibration Immediately or Instantly

So none of the concepts of dressing up, going to a fancy cafĂŠ, or just any external things resonated with me.

I believe that vibrations depend on your inner state of being and your feelings, and you might be able to cheat yourself by dressing up for some time, however it’s gonna leave you feeling more tired or groggy later. ( Not saying that it doesn’t work at all, it does in certain scenarios, I have tried it myself and got the results : however, on days with heavy emotions I wouldn’t wanna choose external prompts.)

What resonated with me, was a video which talked about Internal Vibrations, i.e your inner self or your inner state of being is what is reflected on the outside.

Therefore, once the internal problems are fixed and if then you add on those external pearls of beauty like shopping, dressing up, meeting people for coffee or going to an high end restaurant, etc – it will eventually raise your vibration quicker.

So Here’s what you should do to raise your vibration today & right now

– without having to go to those fancy restaurants, buying fancy things or looking for external validations.

  • DOING WHAT YOU LOVE

Yes, it is very obvious.

You should do what you love and I know we cannot always do that, at all times – we live in a society which does not cater to that need – and actually I don’t blame the society, it’s just that certain works have to be done, which you might not like, for example: cleaning your almirah, lot of people hate doing that ( Not me okay, I love it, yes I do, yes I do, yes I do – No I don’t 😅 ).

So, you should do something you Love, To instantly raise your vibration from within.

For example, when I am feeling really low or down I take out my laptop and start typing these blogs. And I get into my flow state & I absolutely love that feeling. And we know Love tops the emotional frequency chart. So, this makes me feel great instantly. Similarly, it can be anything for you like simply writing, scribbling, dancing, painting, etc.

  • CREATING

We (not to be stereotypical, but especially women), love Creating.

Actually as Humans, we are all creations & love creating. This whole world is created by our realities. We made it the way it is. We are the Creators of our own reality. Yes, there are external factors, and yes there is a Universe at play – but at the end of the day, we can create anything & everything – by a little bit of effort, intention & our respective flow states.

You can get in the zone of creating, again for me it is blogging but it can be anything for you like Painting, drawing, sketching, cooking, etc.

However, please do not go by fancy videos on internet or what others are doing, because I did that : I got into painting one afternoon and it got so messed up, that I quite literally started crying thinking that I am a horrible Creator, but the truth is that I am not good at painting, I do not enjoy painting and hence my creation was super messy & bizzare to be honest.

SO, ask yourself what do you enjoy creating, is it cooking, sewing, handicrafts, home dĂŠcor, etc?

  • GRATITUDE

Again, as cliché as it is, Gratitude can get you anything you want & anywhere you want. Embodying the state of gratitude can do wonders for you. (Check out my other blog “ART OF SAYING THANKYOU” to know more.)

Even during the lowest of it all, if you can find peace & gratefulness somewhere, that is enough to raise your vibration and not keep you stuck.

If something bad is going on & you can’t do anything about it, yet you are choosing to be there & complain rather than dusting yourself off, picking up what is actually good, then no matter the justification – YOU ARE CHOOSING THE LOW VIBE STATE.

For example, if you lost your job ( I’m no one to say how you must feel about it, or how to deal with it, and trust me whatever you feel or do in that state is justified, except choosing to embody that emotion for what could feel like eternity – choose to let go & to deal with it the way, it feels natural to you, but choose to not to be stuck there after a while.)

And if you can find in that misery, something tiny to be grateful for, like the fact that you are alive, or that universe is pushing you towards a better job, etc, the battle is already won.

You can choose anything to be grateful, it can be as small as being grateful for your breath to being a huge relief of leaving such a job.

It can be anything, Just be grateful.

And feel that gratefulness for few moments, embody it, believe it – do not do it just for the sake of it.

  • RELEASING

You might have noticed that emotions which pull us down, are generally something that we bury deep down. It takes us no time to put on a smile, even when going through a difficult situation.

And because we keep burying them, it is only natural that we then vibrate at that level alone. Therefore, just like happy or positive or light emotions, we need to start releasing those heavy emotions too.

So, I am a Crier, I release by crying, be it stress, anxiety, sadness ; sometimes I even cry when I am too happy. And for the longest time, I was very ashamed of that but that’s how I release it.

And I encourage you to find your way to release : journal, dancing, poetry, screaming, etc : whatever way feels good or natural to you, instead of using Alcohol, drugs, etc.

  • NATURE

I want us to take some time out, to go back to nature. Go to the nearest possible place where you feel connected to the Universe or the nature. People go to temples, mountains, lakes, etc. So whichever place feels the best : Could even be your garden or a balcony.

You might have noticed all these internal ways to improve your vibe are nothing but small pushes for you to be connected to your inner self, the universe, your higher self, god or whatever you choose to call it.

I hope these pointers helped, I am aware that there are lot many ways & quick fixes to raise your vibration, however I recommend to use these internal ways before jumping onto the fancy exterior gratifications.
