Did you know everything you see, touch, notice is existing because of you?
Every friend, acquaintance, relationship, situation exists or occurs because you want it to.
Hi all,
I hope you are all in a mood to discuss one of the many fundamentals of manifestation or law of attraction today!
This sentence “Everything, literally anything, from a pen in your room to your biggest achievements or failures, are here & exist because of you” makes me feel both powerless & powerful.
Let’s explore both and help you lean towards the powerful aspect of this insane reality!
In my previous blog (Manifestation 101) I spoke about a few other fundamentals of the law of attraction and why your manifestations might not be coming true, feel free to check that out if it interests you..
In this one, I’m here to tell you that you are constantly manifesting, and your manifestations are coming true, but the issue is that you’re doing it unconsciously, which is probably why they lean more toward the negative than the positive.
I am here to shed light on how you are manifesting unconsciously (remedies in the next blog, since this is a long one )
LAW OF ATTRACTION (Manifestation process)
If you are not familiar (which would be a bit surprising given how trendy it is these days 😉) law of attraction (aka process of manifesting) in simple words means the laws/ process through which you simply attract (bring into reality) literally anything you want – goals, dreams, car, house, plants, relationships, opportunity and the list goes on..
Let’s skip the details of how the law of attraction works and get straight to the point: you’re probably manifesting without even realizing it, and not in your favor most of the time.
To fix it, we first need to break down how we’re doing it in the first place.
HOW YOU’RE UNCONSCIOUSLY USING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION ✨🌑 (probably for the worse)
Whether you call it manifesting, energy, mindset, or just “how life seems to go,” the truth is:
Your dominant thoughts, feelings, and assumptions are always creating.
But when you’re not aware of this, you end up manifesting from autopilot and autopilot is usually fear-based, scarcity-driven, and rooted in old beliefs you didn’t even choose.
Here are the most common ways you might be unconsciously using the Law of Attraction against yourself:
1. You assume the worst before the worst even happens
You know that tiny voice that whispers:
“Something will go wrong.”
“He probably meant something else.”
“I always mess things up.”
These aren’t harmless thoughts , they’re instructions. Your subconscious takes them literally and begins shaping circumstances around those assumptions.

2. You keep replaying old stories
If your mind is constantly revisiting a hurtful memory, a failure, rejection, or embarrassment, you’re energetically reliving it. And what you relive, you reinforce.
What you reinforce, you recreate.
3. You speak negatively about your life — casually
This is one of the sneakiest ways we manifest the wrong things without realizing it.
We all make harmless-sounding jokes like:
- “My luck is terrible.”
- “Knowing my life, something will definitely go wrong.”
- “Story of my life — nothing works out.”
We say them casually, sometimes even with a laugh, but your subconscious mind doesn’t understand sarcasm, humour, or exaggeration. It only understands repetition.
So every time you say something negative about your life — even as a joke — you’re reinforcing a script.
And the more you reinforce a script, the more life mirrors it back.
Think of it like this:
If you keep introducing yourself to the universe as someone with “bad luck,” then the universe simply assumes you’ve chosen that identity, and it supports you in it.
That’s how something that starts as a joke slowly becomes a pattern.
4. You react emotionally without awareness
Your emotions are powerful broadcast signals. They’re not random.
They’re indicators of the frequency you’re living in.
When every small inconvenience triggers:
- panic
- irritation
- helplessness
- hopelessness
- disappointment
You start vibrating at that frequency consistently. And what you feel consistently is what you attract.
It’s not about “never feeling bad.” You’re human , you will feel everything.
The issue is reacting unconsciously, without noticing the story behind the emotion.
For example:
Traffic isn’t just traffic. It becomes “My whole day is ruined.”
A late reply isn’t just a late reply. It becomes “People don’t value me.”
One small mistake isn’t just a mistake. It becomes “I always mess up.”
Before you know it, you’re sending out the energy of chaos, fear, and lack… and life echoes it back with matching situations.
5. You don’t question your beliefs
Beliefs are not facts. They are thoughts you’ve repeated so many times or accepted from others so deeply that they feel like truth.
But here’s the tricky part:
Your beliefs act like filters , you don’t see life as it is, you see it as you believe it is.
So if your inner filter says:
- “Money is hard to earn”
- “All good things end”
- “I’m not enough”
- “People can’t be trusted”
- “Life is unfair”
then even when good opportunities appear, your mind either:
- doesn’t notice them,
- pushes them away,
- or assumes they’re temporary or suspicious. (Happiness anxiety)
A negative belief system distorts reality. It’s like wearing sunglasses indoors and so everything looks darker than it actually is.
Most of these beliefs aren’t even yours. You inherited them from parents, society, school, or painful experiences… and then unknowingly built your entire reality around them.
But the moment you question a belief, it starts losing its power.
And the moment you replace it consciously, your reality starts shifting.
6. You focus more on what you don’t want than what you do want
Most people think they’re manifesting their desires, but in reality they’re manifesting their fears.
You might be thinking things like:
- “I don’t want to lose this opportunity.”
- “I hope this doesn’t go wrong.”
- “Please let this not end badly.”
But the mind doesn’t register the “don’t.” It focuses on the emotional charge behind the words ;the fear.
So instead of attracting safety when you say “I don’t want to feel unsafe, uncertain or disappointed due to xyz”, you attract more situations that feel uncertain, unstable, or disappointing, hence reaffirming your beliefs.
When your energy is centered around avoiding the negative, the negative becomes the dominant vibration, as you constantly think about the dangers you want to avoid, which signals the same to your subconscious, which assumes you are in danger all the time.
When you think about avoiding something you are still thinking of that “something” and hence manifesting it with highest magnitude i.e by using the emotion : fear.
7. You surround yourself with low-vibration conversations
We all underestimate the power of our environment.
If you’re constantly around people who:
- complain,
- gossip,
- speak negatively about themselves or life,
- expect the worst,
- downplay your dreams,
Your energetic baseline drops without you noticing.
Eventually, you start matching their frequency:
You adopt their language.
Their fears.
Their limitations.
Their worldview.
Unconsciously, you begin manifesting from their vibration instead of your own.
8. You revisit worst-case scenarios in your mind
You know that mental theatre where you imagine everything that could go wrong?
That’s not harmless rumination. That’s visualization — but in reverse.
When you mentally rehearse:
- arguments that haven’t happened,
- rejections you fear,
- failures that haven’t occurred,
- outcomes you’re scared of,
You are emotionally experiencing them in advance.
This emotional rehearsal is a form of manifestation. And the subconscious mind treats imagined emotions the same as real ones.
So the mind begins preparing your reality to match the emotional prediction.
9. You doubt yourself more than you trust yourself
Self-doubt is one of the biggest blocks in manifestation because it creates an internal conflict.
You might want something… but you don’t believe you deserve it, or can maintain it, or are ready for it.
This creates an energetic mismatch.
It’s like pressing the accelerator and the brake at the same time.
The universe gets mixed signals:
You’re saying, “I want this,” but feeling, “I’m not capable / not worthy / not sure.”
The universe responds to the emotion/beliefs/your vibration or energy/repetitiveness, not the words.
10. You replay negative assumptions about people
When you assume:
- “He’ll probably disappoint me.”
- “My boss will definitely criticize me.”
- “People always take me for granted.”
- “Relationships never work out for me.”
you’re pre-writing the script of your interactions.
And because energy influences behavior, your assumption subtly shapes:
- your tone,
- your reactions,
- your expectations,
- your level of openness,
- your emotional availability.
People then respond to the version of you shaped by that assumption — proving the assumption true.
Not because it was true… but because you manifested it through your energy.

11. You don’t allow good things to stay
This one is subtle.
Sometimes you do receive the thing you want ; the relationship, the opportunity, the money, the peace , but your inner belief system doesn’t feel safe with it.
So you unconsciously:
- sabotage it,
- question it,
- mistrust it,
- minimize it,
- or find flaws in it.
Not because the blessing wasn’t meant for you…but because your nervous system wasn’t used to receiving good things without conditions.
If your inner story is “Good things never last,” then your energy & subconscious mind will try to “prove” that story right.
12. You attach your identity to struggle
This one is common but hard to admit.
Sometimes, struggle becomes familiar. It becomes the identity you know.
You might unconsciously believe:
- “Things only work out for me when I suffer first.”
- “Success requires pain.”
- “Nothing comes to me easily.”
So even if life tries to give you ease, you reject it because it doesn’t match your identity.
You manifest more difficulty , not because you want it, but because it feels familiar.
A classic example from my own life is the whole “work–life balance is a myth” narrative.
Every single person I asked repeated the same thing “It doesn’t exist,” “This is just how life is,” “You can’t have both.”
Looking back, I now realize I was surrounded by people who believed this because I believed it too. I had grown up seeing my father work late, hearing stories on the news about burnout, and absorbing the idea that exhaustion is normal and balance is unrealistic.
It wasn’t until I consciously decided, “No… I don’t want this to be my story,” that things shifted.
I started questioning the belief instead of accepting it. I quit my toxic job not out of impulsiveness, but as a clear signal to my subconscious that I refused to normalize imbalance anymore.
And here’s the wild part; once I challenged the belief and aligned my actions with the new one, things changed fast. In just a few months — something that hadn’t happened for years — I finally experienced genuine work–lifee balance.
13. You overthink everything
Overthinking isn’t just thinking a lot — it’s thinking from fear.
Every “What if?” rooted in worry is a mini-manifestation.
Overthinking puts you into a mental loop where you’re constantly projecting stress into the future.
And your energy begins aligning with the version of reality you fear.

Powerful Aspect
In short, every person you meet, every object you notice, every situation you experience, every thought you attract
is simply vibrating at your current frequency.
It’s in your life because it matches the beliefs, assumptions, emotions, and energy you’re operating from.
Which means you’re not stuck.
You just need awareness.
Awareness of what you’re believing.
Awareness of what you’re repeating.
Awareness of the thoughts you’ve normalized.
Once you start questioning it all; the patterns, the reactions, the assumptions, the beliefs ; you create the space to shift.
And once you begin replacing the old frequency with a new one, your reality has no choice but to follow.
This shift doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen with intention and practice.
In my experience, one thing that has helped me the most is journaling.
Every time you face a problem, feel triggered, or notice something in your life that you don’t want, write it down and reflect:
- What is causing this?
- What frequency in my actions, thoughts, or beliefs is holding this in place?
- What fear, doubt, or belief is blocking what I truly desire?
- How am I unconsciously resisting the good things meant for me?
- What are my blockages right now?
- How am I unknowingly blocking the manifestations I desire?
- In what ways am I rejecting or resisting the good things meant for me?
- Where have I become my own blockage — through fear, doubt, old beliefs, or habits I’ve normalised?
IN SHORT
We attract people who match our frequency — our vibe, our tribe, whatever you want to call it.
Life mirrors us through the people it places around us.
We project what’s already inside of us, mostly without realizing it.
All those unresolved emotions — anger, irritation, and frustration, don’t just stay hidden inside. They leak out into our choices, boundaries, conversations, reactions… and ultimately into the kind of people we draw in.
And here’s the part most people never notice:
We don’t just meet people. We meet our projections.
Ever wondered why certain personalities, behaviors, or dynamics keep repeating across different people?
Why every new friend, partner, colleague, or boss somehow carries a similar trait, wound, or pattern?
It’s because we don’t attract what we want —
we attract what we are.
We won’t meet someone who has nothing in common with our internal world. And when we’re stuck in a loop, meeting the same types over and over again, it’s a sign that life is trying to show us something we haven’t learned yet.
These patterns repeat until we finally become conscious of them.
Only when we understand them can we grow out of them.
And here’s the empowering truth hidden inside all of this:
If your unconscious beliefs, habits, reactions, and patterns have the power to shape the wrong things into your life… then imagine the power you hold when you become conscious.
It means you’re not a victim of randomness.
You’re not at the mercy of luck, fate, or circumstances.
You are the constant : the source.
If your old patterns could unconsciously attract struggle, then your new awareness can consciously attract alignment, opportunities, ease, and miracles.
That’s why this should make you feel powerful, not scared:
Because everything that exists in your life exists because of you and that means you also have the ability to change it, rewrite it, and call in something entirely new.
When you realize this, you stop waiting for life to fix itself and start tuning your frequency into the version of you who already has what you want.
This awareness is your power.
Your life becomes intentional.
Your reality becomes chosen, not accidental.
In the next blog, I’ll dive into simple techniques to shift into conscious manifesting and bring your desired reality closer, intentionally and consistently.
Until then, stay aware, stay curious, and keep reflecting, you are creating your reality every single moment.
